DR MOHD SHAHRIL BIN AWANG

Founder & Managing Director

Dr Mohd Shahril Awang is well-qualified, with more than 15 years experience working in the medical field. He is a family medicine physician currently running 2 very successful skin and aesthetic clinics with records of highly satisfied patients. He obtained his MBBS in Monash University (Australia) in 2007 and completed his FRACGP in 2015. He is highly interested in dermatology, aesthetic as well as skin cancer areas and focuses on total patient well-being through medical and non-clinical approaches. He is exceptionally well-versed in providing treatments to patients based on specific disease determination, engaging patients in conversation and scanning patients’ reports and histories to determine conditions. He is passionate in nicotine addiction management and medicinal cannabis.

PROF. HUSSAIN HABIL

Currently head of school of medicine MAHSA University. A founding team president of My Hemp Malaysia. Past President of Malaysia Psychiatry Association and Pas President ASEAN psychiatry association. He is the founder of Psychopharmacology research centre in University Malaya and has received many international research grant when he worked as director and head of department in University Malaya research centre of excellence for Addiction Science before joining MAHSA. Has been writing more than 100 journal article paper in the relevant subjects. Has written more than 5 books. He has been active in supervising PhD and master students.

experienced in operations, financial management, organizational development and training development. Strengths in strategic planning, coordinating, executing, efficiency and team building.

Dr Mohd Khafidz

Medical Trainer

registered medical doctor, graduated from medical school at State University of Ghent, Belgium in 1993. He is a principle doctor and owner of 3 Addiction Clinics in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. He holds Fellowship in Addiction Medicine (UMCAS, UM) and Fellowship in Drug Treatment (Salzburg, Austria).

Dr Mohd Khafidz hold a position in several organisations. He is a panel doctor for Ministry of Health methadone programme since 2005. He was a doctor incharge of methadone clinic in AADK, Pusat Serenti Sungai Besi for several years. He is a Director of several companies specialising in health and medical services. He is a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of University Malaya Centre for Addiction Sciences (UMCAS) since 2021. He is the Co-Founder and the President of Insaf Murni Association of Malaysia (IMAM) since 2006

Dr Mohd Khafidz

Dr Mohd Ridzuan is a distinguished cardiologist and electrophysiologist whose journey in medicine began at Monash University, Melbourne where he graduated in 2010. Continuing his pursuit of medical excellence, he undertook MMED (Internal Medicine) at UKM in 2013, solidifying his expertise in Internal Physician. In 2022, Dr. Mohd Ridzuan completed Fellowship of Cardiology (MOH), marking a significant milestone in his career and gazetted as Cardiologist and Internal Medicine Physician.


Currently serving as the Head of the Cardiology Unit at Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre (SASMEC), he extends his expertise as a visiting cardiologist and electrophysiologist to esteemed institutions including IIUM Medical Specialist Centre, KMI Kuantan Medical Centre, and Aurelius Hospital Pahang. Simultaneously, he fulfils the role of lecturer at Kulliyyah of Medicine, International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM), actively engaging in the education of both undergraduate and postgraduate students as Assistant Professor.
